I do believe that my thoughts and feelings change my experience, yet there is still this burning question how can I choose constantly thoughts and feelings which allow me to experience the manifestation of my dreams? I am just listening to Grag Braden and he emphasizes the importance of self-esteem, clarity and being specific in choosing what I want. So even knowing this consciously, I have trouble doing that.  And I am quite sure many others as well. I understand that overcoming fear is the key to open the gate to Garden Eden. But how do I overcome fear? I hear the word "Moving" inside myself .... interesting: Fear is paralyzing, but if I am able to train my brain to choose movement instead, I neutralize the poisonous effect of fear, which automatically means that I  become stronger, more powerful and naturally raise my self-esteem. And what means moving exactly?

the dictionary defines moving with:

changing position, causing or producing motion

I understand changing position not only geographically. It could mean also the  changing of a point of view. Causing or producing motion makes me think of e-motion. I have to say that I consider myself too emotional. What if this is not my flaw but a strength instead? How do I use them in my favor? What means emotion exactly? The dictionary says:  a strong feeling such as love, anger, joy, hate, or fear. So hear we are again, fear ...  It gets clearer that not only fear, but all my emotions define the way I think and feel as well as the other way around my thoughts and feelings produce my emotions.  I found the following list of emotions on Wikipedia, which seems quite complete to me:

Affection,  AngerAngstAnguish, AnnoyanceAnxietyApathyArousalAweBoredomConfidenceContempt,
Contentment,Courage,CuriosityDepressionDesireDespair, DisappointmentDisgustDistrustDreadEcstasy
Embarrassment,EnvyEuphoriaExcitement

So if I can free myself from unwanted emotions (if they are wanted or unwanted is quite individual and depends on the situation) I am able to move in the direction I want to, otherwise I might move in directions I don't feel comfortable with. I believe that we can control emotions through the way we nurture our bodies, heart and soul, through natural diet, music, dancing, creating, meditating, Yoga, reading, nature, but probably the most effective instrument is ALLOWANCE AND ACCEPTANCE. If I acknowledge simply a certain kind of e-motion without resisting, I  am able to control it, if I don't want it to happen to me. The emotion does not take unwanted control anymore over my body and mind. I will give it try  ... even if it seems a bit contradictory.

The Navaho have that wonderful image of what they call the pollen path. Pollen is the life source, The pollen path is the path to the center. The Navaho say, "Oh, beauty before me, beauty behind me, beauty to the right of me, beauty to the left of me, beauty above me, beauty below me, I’m on the pollen path," (as described by Joseph Campbell)

The Navaho chant:

In the house of life I wander
 On the pollen path,
With a god of cloud I wander
 To a holy place.
With a god ahead I wander
 And a god behind.
In the house of life I wander
 On the pollen path.
